Scope
These terms apply to use of hanimispati.com.tr and purchases from HanimişPati, operated by BEGOSA LTD. We sell pet products to customers in Türkiye. Our store is hosted on Shopify. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any inconsistent wording in these terms.
Products and prices
Product characteristics, options and prices are shown on the relevant product page. Images and screen colours may vary slightly from the physical product; this does not excuse supplying goods that do not match their description. Prices are in Turkish lira (TRY). Applicable taxes, discounts and shipping charges are shown before you complete checkout. The final order total is displayed at checkout.
Placing an order
Please review the products, quantity, price, delivery address, contact details and selected payment method before submitting your order. Your order confirmation provides the recorded order details. If a product becomes unavailable or a genuine price or technical error affects an order, we will contact you to agree a lawful resolution and refund any payment that is due; these terms do not give us an unrestricted right to cancel accepted orders.
Payment
Available methods are shown at checkout and may include online card payment, cash on delivery and card on delivery. Choose the method you wish to use. Card payments are processed by the payment provider. For orders payable on delivery, we may call you from +90 545 776 44 08 for order confirmation. Any applicable payment or delivery charge must be displayed before the order is completed.
Delivery
We deliver only within Türkiye. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within a further 1–3 business days. Standard shipping is TRY 99 below TRY 2,499 and free for qualifying orders of TRY 2,499 or more. See our Shipping Policy for details. Delivery estimates do not remove statutory remedies for delay, non-delivery or damaged goods.
Withdrawal, returns and refunds
Eligible consumer purchases have a 14-calendar-day statutory withdrawal period from delivery. Our Return & Refund Policy explains how to notify us, return goods and receive a refund. Rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
Website use
Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, upload malicious material, impersonate another person or misuse another person's payment or personal information. Website content is owned by or licensed to its respective rights holders. Statutory permissions and your rights to use information for a purchase or complaint remain unaffected.

Responsibility and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer remedies. To the extent a choice of law is permitted, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This choice does not deprive consumers in Türkiye of mandatory protections under the laws applicable to them. You retain access to competent consumer dispute bodies and courts, including Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and consumer courts where applicable.
Changes and contact
